      Financial constraints are always difficult. There is not an endless supply of money for the NHS so we do have to think about costs and using resources most effectively. Sometimes patients have unrealistic expectations of what they should get, or we can’t offer something that we actually think they should be entitled to. Trying to provide good care with the resources we are given is a bit of a political juggling act at times.
